Just as you want to make sure I am the best photographer for you, I want to be sure that you are just as good for me. When you first reach out, I will send a short questionnaire to find out a few details about the two of you and your Big Day. I want to know not only how you found me, but how you found each other.

I want to meet you! This is important to me as I like to meet my couples face to face if proximity allows. Let’s vibe and exchange energy. If you come to the consultation with questions prepared, awesome… If not, that’s okay too.. Let the conversation flow. This time also allows us to discuss albums with plenty of oooohs and aaahhhs.

Full wedding collections come with 8 hours of coverage. Once you decide on the collection that best fits your needs, a proposal will be sent over where you can digitally sign the contract as well as make payments. The $1000 non-refundable retainer will reserve your day on my calendar and remove it for other potential clients. Congratulations! You are now an Ashleigh Bing Bride!

e-session
Engagement sessions are a crucial part of the Ashleigh Bing Wedding Experience and they are available as an add on. This session allows you to get comfortable in front of the camera while still building our relationship! Sessions typically last about an hour and a half and afterwards, you'll receive your high-resolution edited images in an online gallery. These images are oftentimes used for save the dates, guestbooks, and wall art at home.

It is important for me to be involved in the creation of the timeline alongside your planner to ensure that you have the best lighting for your formals. After all, we are one big team now.
Batteries charged, memory cards formatted, weather checked… all kinds of things on this end to make sure I am prepared for your Big Day!

If you are having a wedding that requires me to travel outside of my local area, I always arrive at least two days before the wedding. This allows me have some wiggle room in the event of a delayed flight as well as scout and get familiar with the area.

I like to arrive when the makeup artist does so I can get straight to work shooting details without missing a beat. I shoot your wedding with the overall story in mind. The album that I will curate for you is not just for you, but for your children and their children. This is a preservation of life, love and history.
Post production & delivery

I ask for up to 8 weeks which will allow me to hand-edit all of your images. My turn-around time averages half of that, but as we all know, life happens every now and then. One of my favorite features of your online gallery is that it is shareable. Friends and family can view, mark favorites and even order prints of their own directly through the gallery.

One of my favorite parts of the Big Day is actually designing the wedding album that you will look back on years to come. I know that I can best tell the story of your day as it unfolded. This way you aren’t overwhelmed with trying to choose the images for your album. Let me do the hard part, after all, that is why you hired me. Don’t worry, the final design has to be approved before being sent to production. If you wish to make changes to the design, there are two rounds of edits to make sure it is exactly how you wish.
